1. What SaneHQ is

SaneHQ is a project management tool for teams and individuals. When you use our website, app, or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SaneHQ.

2. Your account

You need an account to use SaneHQ. You must give us accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

3. How you may use SaneHQ

You may use SaneHQ for your own work or your team‘s work in a normal way. You may not:

• Break any laws or use SaneHQ for anything illegal.
• Try to hack our systems or other users‘ accounts.
• Resell or redistribute SaneHQ without our permission.
• Use bots or scripts to abuse the service.

We can suspend or close your account if you break these rules.

4. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you put into SaneHQ. You give us permission to store it, show it to you and your team, and use it to run the service. We do not sell your data. For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Paying for SaneHQ

Some plans are paid. You pay the price shown when you sign up. Billing is usually every month or every year, depending on your plan. You can cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged again. We do not give refunds for partial months, unless the law says we must.

6. Changes to the service or terms

We may change SaneHQ or these terms over time. If we make a big change to the terms, we will tell you by email or a notice in the app. If you keep using SaneHQ after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can close your account before the change takes effect.

7. Ending your use of SaneHQ

You can stop using SaneHQ and close your account at any time. We may also end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal or safety reasons. When your account is closed, you may lose access to your data after a short period, so export anything you need first.

8. Our responsibility

SaneHQ is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will always be perfect or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, lost profit or lost data) beyond what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, the law may give you more rights.
